Hello, I'm an experienced Android developer and currently have 2 published applications on the play store and working on completing another application, I've completed many freelance projects and I'll have no issues working with you on this one. I understand you need an application to stream live urls that can be manually entered. I have experience with using the Android APIs required to stream videos over several different protocols. In order to be able to stream on Android you'll need to provide a direct URL to the video stream source using either RTSP or HTTP, Android does not support authentication using either one of these protocols so the links should not require authentication. As long as all these prerequisites are met then there will be no issues, I can easily and quickly create an interface for you that will allow you to enter any URL you want to stream and it will be played in the application.
