ASP.NET Grid Controls

We need to get an B2B application developed in the area of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). For developing the CRM application (web based), we need to know if there are readily available .NET control panels (especially Advanced GRID controls) including : inline text editing (without client end processing), adding rows on click without client end processing (which has different coloumns for computing etc), auto complete drop down panels, which are very fast and shows results without any "loading" function with the writing of a letter and advanced charting function. We are aware of telerik controls which a developer can use for the CRM application but I need to ask for some free control panel or less costly but more advanced etc. I need to get the application developed in 1 month time and it would have all standard features of a CRM and based on the above controls : we would discuss some key features with the successful candidate only. It would be great if you can include your like experience in the proposal itself and experience of working with such control functions.
