C# .Net - database replacement - SQLite, Access

Hi and thanks for looking at our project, We are looking for anyone with experience in; - C# .Net - Windows Forms - SQLite, Access or any other type of database that doesn't need to be connected to a server. We currently have a project that requires one of our existing applications with a connection to a MySQL database - To be transform into an application where the database DOESN'T involve the need of installing a server (e.g. MS-SQL Server or Oracle Server etc.).. An example of this is SQLite or MS Access but if you have another suitable solution we would love to hear your suggestions. The application is a very small program; Very simple in fact. Full source code will be provided with Windows Forms already built, so all you really need to do is replace the existing MySQL code with the new embedded database code. Please see the attached screenshots to give you a visual aid to understanding the main purpose of the program. Coding is to be done in C# .Net using WinForms.
