C# .NET 3.5 (Winforms), Excel formatter, Latest

I need a small application to be written in C#, ( a small winform), which will have an open file button, and then proceed to choose an excel file. the project is basically parsing that excel file, looking for specific keywords of the columns in that file, ( any columns that are named ( orders, ord, order ) and then building a list of the values for each of those columns, then afterwards, the application will format those uploaded values and re insert them into the same excel file that is open, but in a better formatting, and make them read only. the insertion will be right where the cursor was the last time the excel file was open. So the end use case for this app is as follows : 1 : User starts the C# winform window. 2 : That form would have an open file button, and a run Excelformatter button, both button do what they say they do, 3 : after opening an selecting an excel file, the app will read the columns based on a predefined keywords ( the orders ), load all values. 4 : Now once that loading is done. user hits the run formaating button, which in turn opens up the actual excel file ( the windows form is closed now), as the formatting start by inserting the range into the open excel file, the app shjould show like a splash screen which is telling the user the status of the formatting ( some text that tells the user what is happening. 5 : Once formatting is done, splash screen goes away, excel file remains open with the data in it. I will be looking at gracefull handling of opening the excel file, and of closing it. Please provide a sample of C# and Excel work in your application. I am looking for the best guy for the lowest price the posted price is really not an indicator, I will be gauging offers. Just to clarify : This is to be done in C# .NET 3.5 and using winforms, no other suggestions needed. If you have samples please provide them.
