Applied Nonlinear Mixed Integer Optimization Problem

I want hire a person with skills using Gurobi. I have a nonlinear mixed integer problem with defined constraints. I need someone to implement it in .Net, Python, Matlab or Mathematica with Gurobi as the solver. As a programmer, I am sure someone with an optimization background will not take more than an hour or two to implement this. Following are the expected deliverables: (1) Well documented .Net, Python, Matlab or Mathematica code that used Gurobi as the solver. (2) Output with a sample input that will be provided to you along with the objective function and constraints. I need help with this immediately.
