We need to take data entered in various area of our website and have it generate a preformed e-newsletter that gets sent to a subscriber database. The emailed newsletter needs to have an RSVP function that will send a follow up email with more information like an event reminders. We need to have this automated to send out a weekly meeting announcement, a separate one monthly promoting an after hours event. We also need it to be set up so in addition to an html generated enewsletter going out automatically, we need to be able to have a form that will send out an newsletter at will. The emails generated need a subscribe and unsubscribe function. We also need it set up where new people interested in our enewsletter can subscribe by sending a blank email to the site. Our members also need a way to submit emails that will send an invitation request.
