I have wide area experiecne in the development of the SMTP based application where user can configure SMTP address and get all emails and send mails too. We can use VB.NET and SMTP Components to get emails headers, where all information is stored like To,From,Subject ect. We can easily extract these infromations, if you like i can send you small demo application. SG

We already have a ready system in Visual Basic 6.0 where we are doing the same activity except for the details to be fetched from the Mx record. Addition of same shall not take too long. What ever time we need is for conversion to .net
