asp.net linking building/exchange web app

Looking for asp.net 1.1 with vb.net and ms sql server 2000 link exchange/building software that can manage website links with administration and remote ftp of completed pages. The software would basically do the following: Find link partners in specified categories and keywords Find link partners by url Find email or auto submit link form on sites Exchange links with email reminders etc Create link category/subcategory/link pages Link management Generate html for websites linking to you Retrieve link requests Automated addition of links Automated reciprocal link check on websites Create report Create html pages and ftp link pages to remote or local site Looking for anyone that already has some of this software and can customize it for our needs.
