ASP.NET - AJAX Search of DB Table. Multiple Filters

The purpose of this project is to develop a website to offer visitors the ability to search and review real estate listings in the city of Chicago. Work required includes developing a complete website from scratch.? The site should have an up to date Web 2.0 interface with heavy use of? AJAX to enhance the user experience.? The real estate listing data will be provided in one table in a database.
