ASP/MS SQL Custom Shopping Cart

We are looking for an experienced developer fluent in E-Commerce to develop a shopping cart system for us. The Shopping Cart system will not control the pages and display our products dynamically like most shopping cart systems due, but rather will control the basket and check out process only. The Add to cart buttons will be placed on our HTML pages with links to this shopping cart application. **To be considered you will need to have proven experience in developing customized e-commerce shopping carts. Proven experience implementing real time USPS and UPS rates for our customers to view and select is required. Experience implementing Verisign, Linkpoint, and Paypal gateways is required.** Experience with developing secure shopping carts. I am attaching a more detailed description of the cart requirement. Of course I was specific as I could be, but during the development, I am sure things will arise. I am open to MS SQL as the database by the way. Please include a detailed proposal about timing of the project, the proposed solution, costs, and as much detail as you can including your history. I am looking for someone to work full time on this project until it is completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
