ASP portal re-jig needed

Hi All, I currently run a sports website which i have developed from an earlier form of an ASP portal. I have just completed a re-design of the website and am not entirely happy with the way the news stories etc are being displayed, it all looks too flat in terms of the new site design. here is the link of my webpage <[login to view URL]> as this page is a fans site of a Everton page, i would like the site to be similar in feel to the Everton home page <[login to view URL]> in terms of how the headline news is displayed (one main with a image, and then a couple underneath with smaller images) This is part of the project, the other part would be a user home page for when the user/admin log in, which would house their details and lastest news and any private messages. I havent had time to complete the project in terms of what i am asking due to work and other commitments, so i am looking for some help! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform basically needs to be run on an ASP platform
