ActiveX and .Net components for Resale

Bennet-Tec Information Systems is a developer / distributor of Component Software. We would like to expand our offerings with 3rd party products ( tools written by other developers which we would bundle together as a package, or possibly market individually). I am only interested in DLL libraries, ActiveX (OCX) components and .NET components which are written in C++, C#, or Delphi. These components must be solidly tested, and documented ( I don't need a full help file, but at a minimum a text file or word doc file listing * The general purpose of the component * A quick "Getting Started" description of how to use the component * A complete list of properties, methods, events and what each one does. In your reply please let me know * What language was this component built in * Where has the component been used in the past eg: ( custom projects for clients, projects within your company, sold to other developers in the past, offered as freeware or shareware to other developers in the past) * Are you the author of the component Did you use any external libraries? * Do you have any licensing mechansims built into the control? * Are you in any way restricted from distributing / sharing the component or source code - possibly by contract to a past client or current employer. * What other similar components does this compete with. How is your component better? * What system dependancies does the component have? for instance MFC libraries, or specific versions of Windows. Also please include a sample HTML page or VB project illustrating the use of the component. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Documentation for user of component 3) Sample code illustrating use of component 4) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 5) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows
