Chatroom Needed

I need a java chatroom that will replace the one I currently use. Please note the following: a) I am only interested in chatrooms that already exist and need slight modifications. Please supply demos in your bid. b) No canned bids. c) Please describe in your bid what you will deliver. General * Hooked up to my membership Database on SQL * Ability to create chatrooms (do not need user created chatrooms) * Internet Based for a membership site * no client downloads of chatroom software * not based on IRC * should be a popup window * must do 2 installs - one for my current site and one for the next release of the current site.
