Complete Info Site for Credit Cards

Project is for an information site featuring a large variety of credit card offers. Since the number of brands is large and total selection of cards will approach 250 different offers, a content management system is needed. This project is for a complete turnkey version of a new website with a MySQL backend to be created, installed, error-tested, and your bid must include some followup support. The site design should be clean and crisp with fast-loading pages and minimal, but attractive graphics. There should be an easy, consistent way to display an image of each card offer and its associated descriptive text. Navigation menu should be capable of displaying 25 major brand lines and no card offer should be more than two clicks from the home page. Site should also have the usual About, Contact, Site Map and other relevant pages. Site needs to support a large articles collection and provide easy navigation from articles to credit card offers. Need an easy way to post new articles to the site through admin panel where navigation is easily enabled and site map is automatically updated to reflect new pages. I am open to suggestions for speed, form, and functionality enhancements on design and database approach. Site should pull content from MySQL database. Pretty straightforward content display approach needed as credit card offers change peiodically and therefore will need updating on a regualr basis. There need an easy method for posting new content into database very quickly. Template needs to be extremely search engine friendly. All code needs to be W3C validated. It needs to function and display well across all browsers. Template can be PHP or ASP or HTML as long as it is FAST! Needs to be table-based so body text is up high on page and left side navigation is at bottom of source code. Needs to be extremely fast loading and have some visual flair without a lot of image overhead. All javascript needs to be pulled off page to .js files. No unnecessary images or fluff needed! Some sections needed: - Content text is roughly 300 words per offer with a range of 250-500 words. - Most card offers will include an image of the card, but image size is not always standard (varies with company). - Google Adsense in a 336x280 medium rectangle format with no borders. Should be up high near H1 tag and above page content pulled from database (unless you have a visual layout that enhances it even more). - Niche Power Ads along right side (small product images plus short text line below each) - Possible MovableType blog (client will decide, but include it in your design and installation price). Blog software is free, but template will need to be in line with site design. Blog should be on navigation menu. Site also needs an email signup form that validates correct format of email address information before accepting it. Prefer combination of site-based form and exit popup offer. You can include this in your bid as a separate cost or leave it out if that's not your area of expertise. Looking for a speedy turnaround on this one. Will decide fast and award to most competent design and implementation approach. Want to have in place within 15 days after project award.
