Convert Simple Windows C# FFMPEG Wrapper to Linux C++ DLL

I've got source code for a C# component that is called from ASP web pages that acts as a wrapper for FFMPEG and converts videos to FLV format, that we need turned into a Linux C++ DLL which functions can be called from a PHP script. The component itself is only around 450 lines of well-structured, commented code that should make this project a quick and easy job for someone who knows what they're doing. Experience with FFMPEG is a plus. All you have to do is take this C# code that contains only 2 main functions and acts as a wrapper for ffmpeg, which allows the conversion of MPG, AVI, or MOV videos to FLV format, as well as extracting a frame of a video and saving it as a JPEG image. Please note this project has a deadline of 8 days, which should be more than enough for this quick job. If you need to view some of the source code in order to determine your bid, please let me know. The winning bidder will also be required to install the C++ component in a Linux dedicated server for being able to be called from PHP as a function (I think it's a PHP module, like BCMath or mySQL). You'll also need to create a simple PHP script that demonstrates the component works. The winning bidder will need to be able to compile a copy of FFMPEG under Linux, as well as to recompile the MediaInfo DLL ([login to view URL]) under Linux (this should be rather easy) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
