Covnert PHP site to ASP .Net site

We are a calibration company, www.phoenixcalibrationdr.com. We have an online portal that allows our clients to logon and see all of their calibration records for the instruments that we have calibrated for them. Currently the portal is coded in PHP, connecting to a MySQL DB. This MySQL DB is updated daily by the instruments DB on our server, which is an MSSQL DB. The system has become too complex for us to maintain and ontop of that we have little knowledge of PHP(coding was done by contractors). We need the site to be converted to ASP .NET, reading the data directly out of the MSSQL DB on our server. Basically you will deliver a similar site, coded in ASP .NET, that has the same features as the current site. In addition, you will implement a way for our users to setup their own accounts so that we don't have to do it manually every time. The code is based on the package found at www.redbrix.net. You can download the code there to get a better feel of what the project entails. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
