Crawler

This should be a simple application for an experienced ASP programmer. I want a simple asp based web "crawler" that will extract articles from a set of given article directories ... these are example sites that i have found ... the app doesnt have to [but it would be nice] use all of these sites. 1. [login to view URL] I want the article title (not page title), and article body extracted and placed into a Microsoft SQL table. I also want the "crawler" to visit these article directories on a regular basis (say once a day), and only new articles (articles not already in database) are to be added to the database. This script is going into an already existing Website administration centre and so the user / site administrator can initiate the script to be run by posting a form or whatever method you decide [login to view URL] important issue being that the process will be initiated by the human user. These script/s must be developed on your own server set up and code / tables / scripts / Stored Procedures passed to me .
