Design and develop software for a web page.

Hi I need to design a better web page than [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] . The new webv page is about flowers too and I need the following requirements: 1- Execellent web design very clean and modern. 2- On the products page I need it to be control from a control panel so i can up load Products, Categories and flowers. 3- Customers can look for flowers by name example roses or by color 3- I need a special section so customers can enter with pasword and request prices. The web page will give them the flower price depending on the time of the year for example: I need the price: I select ROSES, The time of the year San Valentines and the software makes a calculation and gives the price. This have to go to 2 emails. The prices have to be control from a control panel. 4- You have to retuch about 500 flowers pictures so they look similar to the one`s on [login to view URL] 5- You have to up load the 500 flowers to the web page as soon they are ready to be publish with all the information. 6- You have to be very good in PHP and MY SQL or MSSQL. 7- Please send me exaples from your work.
