Development of a Speech to Text Tool Using MS SDK

I want someone to develop a tool for me which can convert a stream of speech to the corresponding text, It should atleast convert a sentense comprising of 5-6 words to text with an accuracy of up 80%. U can use the microsoft SDK available on microsoft website or any other SDK or library U like keeping in mind the effeciency and accuracy constraints. I need this project within 2 weeks with a plus minus of 2-3 days. There are 90% chances that I would ask U to enhance this tool later on for a good payment of ur hardwork. I would appricate ur quries regarding any further information abt this project.
