Display MLS data and IDX data on Real Estate website

Need a server side translation program that obtains MLS "ftp push" data from link provided, unzipps the password protected archives, assembles the data (separated fields in .doc and .txt files) and then translates it into my sql database's pre-destined fields. It is prefered that the coder has previous experience with this type of transaction, as turn around time must be swift. Will provide sample data files upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform The application must run on a Windows server.
