Android PDF application with DRM implemented thru PHP website

This project is for someone with indepth knowledge of android programming. Please do not waste my time and yours if this is not you. I need apps made for android that would display a group of 100 pdf files as an ebook, with a chapter menu that lists the names of all pdfs and a display that shows the pdfs. The pdfs must be encrypted to prevent piracy. An online php licensing script is needed that will work with the android apps. The admin can upload a list of serial numbers to the online licensing script (php mysql) The serial numbers are sold offline. The user runs the android app, which runs for 24 hours in trial mode, but if serial number is entered the app will contact the server and the app will be unlocked to full version status. To do this project you will need indepth knowledge of android programming, and decent knowledge of php-mysql. Please keep in mind that protecting the data in the pdf files is of paramount importance. If you are interested I will give you the full project details but the above description is enough for you to be able to put together a workable plan. I NEED A COMPLETE SYSTEM THAT I CAN EDIT IN FUTURE EASILY TO CREATE MORE EBOOKS WITH PDF FILES, AND IMPLEMENT DRM. EDITABILITY AND RE-USABILITY IS KEY.
