Apple iTunes mp4/m4a file info, tag reader, writer

I need some code which will let me read and modify/write tags in mp4, m4a, m4v, m4p and other formats supported by Apple iTunes. I DO NOT NEED ENCODERS/DECODERS: I only to read and write the tagging information, as well as the file stream information such as bitrate, channel etc. Coders with something ready-made can send compiled demos, and I'll have a look. If you know of a free/shareware Delphi library that does this already, let me know and I can pay some kind of 'finders fees'. Most important: This has to work in Delphi 6. It has to be native Delphi code (no DLLs). It should not rely on any software being installed on the system. It has to have full Unicode support. It should preferably read/write binary data (such as embedded images) as well. It should preferably read/write tags in protected files as well, without breaking the file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, XP and above.
