databased quiz system

I need a databased quiz system, PHP & MySql/or textdb. Specific this test is for aircraft recognition. INTROPAGE - Click here to take the test PAGE 1 - Select difficulty, easy , medium, hard, very hard. After selecting the difficulty, the system should random generate x (number of questions in the test selcted by the admin)questions from the database: 1 picture with caption multiple choice (number of choices selcted by the admin) PAGE 2 - the test has been generated, Start the test answer all the questions after the quiz You have finished the test. Of the X questions you answered Y correctly. For a detailed overview of the answers check below(thumbnails of all the pictures in the test marked with red for wrong green for right After you have finished checking the answers, fill in your name and hit 'Ok!'
