ActiveX as Browserplugin for using BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service)

I need an ActiveX for embeding as An Browser Object with access to the MS BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service). Documentationfor BITS you can find on <[login to view URL]>. With the ActiveX Object I should be able to access the functions of the BITS via JS or VB from in the Browser. It should implement the following functions to be accessd via JS / VB through the ActiveX - Connectiong to the BITS - Creating a Job - Adding files to a JOB - Setting and Retrieving the Properties of a Job - Completing and Canceling a Job - Enumerating Jobs in the Transfer Queue / Enumerating Files in a Job - Determining the Status of a Job - Determining the Version of BITS on a Computer - Handling Errors There is no GUI needed, only Methods / Properties for Accessing BITS via Browser-Scripting ( JS / VB). The programmer should deliver the Source, Cab-File for ActiveX Installation and small documentation on the methods / functions. If usefull also JS-Examples for testing the ActiveX would be needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - Windows OS with BITS - ActiveX for Browser-Plugin
