I would like to setup a CVS server on a windows 2003 dedicated server. And I want to have clients use TortoiseSVN to connect to the CVS server.
The project is basically to write a document with step-by-step instructions on the complete setup (both server + client).
I am having difficulty understanding the tutorials and installation instructions that I found on the Internet ... so I need someone who can draft the instructions in a simple and easy way.
