We have training section,consisted 7 class room, class room are as follows * 2 class room- 30 seater class rom * 1 class room- 25 seater classroom * 4 class room- 15 seater class room We are looking for a software that will update him about the occupancy and availability of classroom at any particular point of time for upcoming [login to view URL] want following features for the software 1**.search by Date / time -:** **it will tell availability of class room and no of seats vacant at particular day and time** **example- if user serch 5th of feb 2005 and a time of 10 to 12 am. Softare sreen will display. Class no 2 and 3 are available and no of seats are 15 and 25 respct…. This .** **2. search by no of student-: this facility will enable us to search by “no of student?? for a particular batch to know the classroom that is vacant and accommodate the batch** **example ??" suppose there is a batch of 40 student need to train. We will search with no of student and software will advice the best possible way to fit that 40 student in the available class (class room already booked wil not be counted ) best possible way means there will be no wastage of seats.** **2.
