Custom File Patcher

Need a windows compatible distribution patcher which will work as follows: Client runs the [login to view URL] [login to view URL] then has an encoded script of commands which can be as follows. 1. Check for file size/date against remote files (through FTP), if any of the 3 don't match do the following 3 dif types of trigger. If file either A. Does Not Exist or B. Does Not Match Remote Size/Date do one of the following: 1. Download and RUN a file off ftp (e.x. A base installer file [login to view URL]) (Note it has to be run) Once it's done continue through next files. NOTE* Patcher should HALT when this is being run. 2. Download off FTP the missing/outdated/wrong file and replace. 3. Then there should be 3 options. Run Full Screen / Run Windowed / Exit once the files are all up to date. Simple enough, very easy peice of software. Admin tool should allow me to modify skin of the patcher, which files are being patched, and actions when file is outdated. Also after action is completed the patcher should re-check to make sure the file is now correct, if still wrong retry, if wrong a 3rd time notify the user that there is a problem patching ABORT/CONTINUE TO THE NEXT FILE.
