DICOM Viewer Application

Hello, iam requesting a DICOM Image Viewer to be used to diagnose Digital Images in DICOM Format. The Final Product has to be available in FULL SOURCECODE for further modifications by aeonex. There must be no royalty fee. No additional software like gtk+ or .net higher than 2.0 must be required to use the Viewer. Since Patient CDs must run on any machines w/o installing software. **Details: **- Read and Write DICOM, and the most common standard Image Files as TIFF, PNG, JPEG etc. - Multilingual capability. The Viewer has to be easily translatable to different languages. - Fast Drawing to the Screen (Large Images) - Image Manipulation - Playing DICOM Sequence - Load Images via Command line (e.g. [login to view URL] /load:[login to view URL]) - Multi Monitor Support - Scalable UI (Buttons) / Hidable UI (FullScreen Image) **Image Manipulation:** - Window Leveling (Brightness/Contrast) - Magnifying Glass - Zoom/Scaling: With MouseWheel, and MenuButtons. 1:1 Zoom (1 image pixel to 1 screenpixel, no scaling) - Rotating and Flipping of the Image - Rest Button to original Image Settings like Scaling, and Window Level - Show/Hide of Overlay Data: Selected DICOM Tags like PatientName, Sex, Birthday etc. Tags and their position (Corners of the Image) should be configurable for the system admin only. - Measuring: Measuring of distances and angle. - Anonymizer: Clear all Patient Data (Name, Birthday, Sex) - Saving: Save the DICOM File to other File Formats and / or Colordepth Modular Design, easy to add features.
