cross correlating two arrays/sequences - matlab xcorr

In need of a function to cross correlate two sequences ( arrays if you choose ) . The output should reflect what's in the file answer.dat. The attached reflects source code that I put together - albeit with Visual Studio 7 for reading in the two files - mivec_a and mivec_b you'll cross correlate. You could utilize GCC or Visual Studio 8 if you desire. As evident from the code ( [login to view URL] ), I'm utilizing strict C++. That said, I'm in favor of STL algorithms when/where applicable. Bottom line: I'm trying to replicate what matlab is doing via matlab's xcorr function. If you fed in the two files [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to matlab's xcorr function you should obtain the result found in answer.dat.
