A 'virtual' webcam, send movie files (mpegs, avi's etc) over a netmeeting webcam session

Hi! How can I stream video files (mpegs, avi's) over a MSN webcam session? I've seens loads of examples of how to 'capture' video from a webcam but I want to do the opposite and 'push' my image (or video) files up through a 'virtual' webcam. I guess some kind of virtual webcam driver would be needed? and the video files streamed through it? To give some kind of VFW stream? can anyone help me please!?
