Build a Product and Price List Database

I run a magento store and receive pricelists from many suppliers. At the moment the live product catalogue is maintained within magento however doing so required a lot of manual work on different pricelist spreadsheets to correctly format each of them for import, to add or update products. I am looking for a database software or online database configuration set up that allows for easy import of raw csv files that are then mapped to the appropriate fields within the database. Data then has work applied through set profiles or rules to provide outputs that can be used in magento, rather than creating different spreadsheets templates for each and every document. The work undertaken by the database would include generating final sale prices and wholesale prices, comparing current and previous price, generating product data to add or update these products in magento. These exports can then be imported into magento or used to create stand alone pricing documents for different customer groups such as wholesalers and resellers. It is important that the system has provision for comparing current and previous prices, price tiers and making manual changes before export. Example files will be provided to the successful bidder however it is safe to assume the following Import files will contain example fields such as below - SKU - Product Name - Description/Colour - Cost price Formulas/Actions applied within the database system - Price markups (different tiers for different products sets, %, fixed plus %, etc) - Comparison of previous and current price - Retail price generation - Wholesale price generation - Prices per store (different currency) - Product content such as meta title, keyword, description, URL, etc generation through templates Export profiles can be set up to allow for configurable file exports according to the intended usages, such as below - Addition of new products - Price updates - Wholesale price list - Product catalogue - Regional price list in local currency A cloud or online solution is preferred has the system will be used by individuals in different regions. I understand that much of this could be handled in magento itself however would like to keep the two databases separate so that only final and agreed values are imported. I haven't specified a task like this before so if you require additional information please do let me know although I do ask that only experienced and serious individuals apply.
