Coldfusion, Attribute validation error for tag CFFILE

We lost our old unix server that this application was on so I copied the eStore to one of our Windows 2003 Servers. It is able to update the database but has trouble if you try to add an image. The request would be to provide information on how to fix the error or to log on and fix it.
