Betfair Application

I need a Betfair application to perform the following tasks, if possible: Program 1: To read the Naps Table at the Racing Post website and input selected system data into a template or, if not possible, to facilitate easy retrieval of information into a template section with one mouse click. To maintain a simple P&L of each system section in the template and to maintain a record of Won/Lost results beneath each section if possible, with user intervention when records become too long, enabling deletion/saving of excess results. To be able to place the bets automatically without human intervention at BetFair at reverse odds up to 5 minutes before the Off, and to allow human intervention when/if desired. Program 2: To query the odds at [login to view URL] and to compare them with system prices input by the user. To query the Betting Forecast prices at Sporting [login to view URL], compare them with the odds at [login to view URL] and finally to compare them with odds input by the user. When the odds reach the level of odds input by the user to trigger an alert. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win98 SE/WinXP
