ActionScript coder needed for interactive map

The project will involve an interactive map on a website. The map will be created in Flash but will prompt an action to output data in an html sidebar on the web page. Also, the client will want to update the information that goes in the sidebar. The map will include the US, Canada and Mexico. There will be 75 individual states and provinces. As the user rolls over the state, the state will be highlighted. When the user clicks on the state the sidebar next to the map will show all the projects that this company has going on in that particular state. There are currently 250 projects. Each project will have five pieces of information associated with them (name, date, tonnage, location and type) . I will take care of everything related to the graphic and its rollovers. What I would want you to do is to create and program a form for the client to fill out when either adding a project or updating information on a project. You will also need to write some ActionScript for when someone clicks on a state so that the sidebar shows the information associated with that state.? There have been two changes to the project since I submitted the bid. The first is that the client now wants the side-bare information to be able to be converted to a pdf by the user. The second is there is now going to be a cell (maybe dynamic text??) in each of the states? in the? swf that needs to updated by the client without having to go into the Flash software. They will be typing in a one or two digit number into a form that will change the number that is in the swf. Hopefully this is doable? Thank you. Sharon
