Adding features to my directory website

I want someone to make some changes on my website <[login to view URL]> Following is the list of changes and additions that I want. Please give an estimate of the following as soon as possible 1:- The first thing would be to decrease the page lenght and that can be done by minimising the categories. You have to decrease the sub-categories under each category and create a more button for us to show the whole categories. If we click on more, it must show us the complete sub-categories. You don't have to make any extra pages for this because when you click on any main category, it takes you to a list of all sub-categories within that category. so all you would have to do is, that create a hyperlink on "more" and point it to that main category 2:- Currently, the structure of the site works this way. If you click on any category, it takes you to that category and below those links, it will show you all the categories again. I don't want this now. If someone clicks on web Hosting, for example, the listings of web hosting must be shown only and nohting else. 3:- I want a payment system integrated. It will also be just a link which will be displayed when user has submitted a link, he will be shown a paypal button to make the payment. Try submitting any website on this site <[login to view URL]> and you will come to know what I want. 4:- I want to remove Google Adsense from the right side under Most Popular 5:- I want this functionality that there must be some sites which should be displayed as featured.
