Actually doesn't need the nationwide coverage as I work in the Indianapolis Indiana area only. #1 is a functional site for my homes that I manage. #2 is a membership for others to post their homes for rent. I do not plan to charge for membership, as I see it as a benefit for everyone to use a single source for finding rentals.
