Auto Refresher Utility

Hi I am looking for a small utility that is a plug in for Maxthon Browser ([[login to view URL]][1]) that auto refreshes pages at any interval from 2 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, ect but here is the tough part. When you reload some pages there are error messages like "page cannot be refrshed without resending data again" or error messages like that so we need to have an automatic message sent to retry page. So I guess we would need another utility timed maybe 2 seconds to send the retry and then page will reload. So basically we need two different reloads if applicable so the pages that give error messages i will have an option to send a 2 second page refresh as an retry message and then page will work fine. Only some web pages prevent you from auto reloading without this error message. Can you do this?
