CMS website

I need a content management system website custom made. I have made an example of what I would like it to look like at the following address - www[dot]buy-review[dot]com/rtor/ This site will have 10-12 pages. This is an easy website to make. There is NO selling on this website. You will NOT have to make any payment pages or shopping carts, it is simply for people to browse the site, and send details of what they want by email. Three (3) of the pages will need to have forms on them, for requesting information or contact details. Each page will have Content Management areas that will allow me to write text. About 4 of the pages, will need to have Content Management that will let me upload images, descriptions and other details, please see the attached document for further details. Of course, this site needs to have an Administration area that will allow me to administer all the details. I will supply you with the logo for the site, and the flash banner. If you have experience with flash this would be advantageous for making the main links on the home page, otherwise I will make those and send them to you. Let me know in your quote if you will make the flash links on the home page or not. The links are not required just a thought. I do want a site that is written efficiently, and downloads quickly, uses stylesheets and looks nice. I will give all the specific details of each particular page, to the coder when they are chosen. An easy job for the person with the right skills. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform To be made with PHP, mysql on linux server which uses CPanel. needs to run on all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape and firefox.
