CSV TO DB IMPORT

Need a web based script to import .csv, txt, xml data into an access or sql database and to also export from access or sql to another format. 1. Need to be able to select the import file 2. Need to be able to select the destination file (local or web) 3. Need to be able to map the import and dest fields 4. Need to be able to import to one or more tables 5. All sources files in an import may not need to be imported, so, need to be able to omit fields not needed. 6. Need to be able to save an import map. Imports done daily, weekly, ect that are the same, I would be able to skip setting source, destination, mapping. Select the new import file, and import. 7. Count to show number of records selected, imported, and exceptions. Error table would be nice. Please advise if you have further questions. Thanks Ernest L.
