Casino Slot Machine Emulator

Hi, I need a program to Emulate a Casino Slot Machine, it should have acounting and pay out settings, to activate payout mech it should turn on the scroll lock led on the keyboard, i should use keys as inputs for coins, pull bet and pay out count, we could later add more games to it.
