Clean up a custom shopping cart & design

I need very quick help from someone that can get this site to be compatible in all browsers and the shopping cart to function as it should. I had a coder from RAC do this job and he has "fell off the face of the earth" and my deadline is today. The coder must be fluent in php and be able to make the site pass validation wc3 for html and css. The java script menu must also be fixed. It needs to work in all browsers and the look of it will need to be changed slightly. If you have time for this today please respond before bidding and I will give you access to the site so you can examine the situation. There are a couple of features that have not been added to the cart yet and I'll need those done as well. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
