Coder Needed For Stock Program

I need someone to edit a web based stock market program that I had designed. I need it to up date itself with current end of the market data. Right now, for some reason it is not updating itself. its still using data thats months old. I also need it return a buy and sell signal based on a few [login to view URL] signals will be dased on end of the market data and rely on the stocks open, high, low and close.
