Collect, organize and storage data

We need an application to run over some retail web sites getting all information as possible and feeding our database with these information, the main idea is collect data, organize and storage. We’ll show these information for our users comparing price between different retailers, exactly as Google Shopping. For example: One user access our web site and type seraching terms “Tablet Android 4.0”. The site will check all entry data for “Tablet Android 4.0” and show all prices and retailers for the user. We just need the application to collect and organize this kind of information, we prefer PHP and MySQL. Sugestions are welcome. We already have the site to show results.
