Competition/Survey Site

I need a site building that offers members of the pubic the opportunity to win prizes by entering competitions. The purpose of the competitions is to generate lead data by compiling answers from all of the questions on different competitions on a per user basis and therefor over time gathering more and more data on a user. In order to enter a competition the user first has to sign up. After signing up they are forwarded to the competition that interested them. They then answer simple questions with multiple choice answers and whatever their answers, can enter. The Admin area needs to allow us to set up competitions and also setup questions that have priority levels attached to them. The Priority allows us to set the questions that require the most leads first. When a user has answered that question, they should not see this again in different [login to view URL] questions are set up as “sponsored?? questions, in which the sponsor gets data where the answers have qualified the lead. Similar to; [login to view URL] Top-level Functional User Specification • Allow users to Signup using minimal personal data • Look up user address using their postcode. • Allow users to choose competitions to enter and answer the questions Top-level Functional Admin Specification • Allow setting up of competitions with the following settings o Start and end date, picture, status etc.. o Special terms and conditions o Multiple questions with sponsors who each can sponsor a set of questions • Set Up Merchant accounts (described in the below) • Allow multiple choice questions that if answered in a certain way generate a “Lead??. • Take an action/s after the competition is entered, this could be; email/s to the user or forwarding the lead my email to the sponsor of the question/s. • Control price per qualified lead and number of times the sponsored ad is used in the competition. • Reports allowing us to invoice the sponsors for the leads generated. (not a full invoicing system just a report) • Build Micro-sites of the competitions on the main site. Merchants In order to sponsor a setup questions the sponsor has to sign up as a merchant. We sign them up internally. We need the system to collect the the merchant’s company contact details. Please see the word attachment for full project scope.
