Complete Dealer/Wholesale Website Design

A complete website needs to be designed around the osCommerce software platform. The software is a open source one. The website will be designed to allow both retail customers and wholesale dealers to order from it. BUT the dealers need to be able to login or enter in a password which will convert the retail prices on the website into wholesale prices that they view. We already have a large osCommerce website running and basically what you can do is take our current website as it is now and Strip out the product database, customer database, and rework the header so it reflects the new site name and logo, I will provide the graphics for the header. So the only thing that really needs to be done is create the coding for the password so that when a wholesale customer logs into the site they will see their wholesale pricing rather than the retail pricing that anyone else viewing the site will see. So as you can see there is not alot of work to be done, just the copying of the databases, removing all the current products and customers from the database leaving just a shell for me to add new products back to it, then creating the code that allows dealers to see one price when viewing the site and retail customers seeing the retail price. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Designed for the internet, must be viewable in all commonly used browsers.
