This is a very simple project for a programmer who knows what they are doing. Work needs to be completed on an OsCommerce shopping site that is 90% done. Somebody that has used OsCommerce before will find this extremely quick and easy. Status to date : 1) The site is for a department store in Australia. There is only 1 category that is for sale online, everything else in the catalog is only for sale in store and so 90% of the catalog are static pages. All of the catalog pages are complete. 2) Payment gateway has been addded and is working 3) URL is registered and is currently hosted. All of the code can be uploaded for you to see and work with. Things left to be done : 1) The only items to be ordered online are Akubra Hats. Up to 3 hats can be packed inside 1 box for shipping. The work that needs to be done is to calculate the minimum number of boxes needed to ship the total order ,calculate the correct shipping cost and add this to the order. The postage costs would be entered through the oscommerce admin module and picked up from within the catalog code 1 hat plus box = $x 2 hats plus box = $x 3 hats plus box = $x etc. etc. If somebody ordered 5 hats you would need to work out that this would take two boxes and that the shipping cost to destination Y would be cost $x. 2) Additions to Admin module to allow the postage costs to be updated.
