Converion of mySQL results to PDF

Hi, I have a website that has a business database of some 550k records. The records are made up of fields like: COmpany name, Address, Postcode, Type, EmployeesBand, FleetVehicleBand, Website, StandarIndustryCodes, etc. The records are updated on a regular basis, so the counts across the database vary from month to month. Example of a count = All companies with between 1 - 5 employees = 321,000. What I need is to pull the counts from the database across a number of fields. Simple SQL queries and save this data as a datacard in PDF format. There will be a link on the website, like 'Request Datacard' and when a visitor selects this, they will enter their email address and the most upto date datacard will be sent to them with a breakdown of the database counts. Shouldnt be a very complicated project for the correct programmer.
