Convert site into html site

Our clients site is k i n z i e g e n e r a t o r s dot com. We need someone to rebuild this site into 100% html. It needs to look and funtion exactly the same. Right now it is built as a cold fusion CMS. It needs to be 100% html. We do not have direct access to the server, but do have all the image files, and text files available. The site will need to have the following features: 100% text navigation (no java script) no content in images (all content must be readable) that is about it. Any questions please direct them to us, not to our client. We have these types of projects all the time. We are looking for a long term partner to help us with these. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
