Create New Website

I'm looking for company/individual to design a new site for me. I've created detailed specification for what I'm looking for in the attached text file. Please review this before you place your bid. * Coders who provide a detailed explanation of why they are qualified to do this job will be considered first. * Please provide at least three examples of your work. * I'm planning to leave a lot of the design considerations up to the coder. I will not dictate every little thing that needs to be done. I want to be involved as little as possible. I will provide content you need and pick the overall design "look & feel" but the rest is up to you. * Please indicate 1) how soon you can start and 2) how quickly you think you'll be able to finish. * Please indicate if you have SEO/SEM expertise.
