Developing functions in website (php/mysql, SVN)

For our new website, we are looking for a new coder who can help us developing the site. We are working " per project" base on RAC. So every new function (at the moment there are lots of new functions to build in, so lots of work), so the price is per project. You need to have skills to work with CAKEPHP (framework), PHP/MYSQL, SVN (our site is a svn project), seo programming and clean code. Modifications we need at this moment (so please bid) are following: When customers order packages (webhosting) some domain names are free, and other extensions are not. At the moment when customer orders webhosting package, ALL domains are included for free. So we need ability to configure, which extensions are free and which not. Hope this is clear. Please consider your price, because there are lots of functions we add in the next few months. So please have time for this! ## Deliverables SVN and CAKEPHP are critical needs!
